General Manager, Group Digital Business, Piraeus Bank
Stefanos Mytilineos is the General Manager responsible for Group Digital Business in Piraeus Bank. His remit includes leading the bank’s online and mobile channels, the bank’s Call Center as well as teams running Fraud Management. Following the launch of the bank’s e-branch concept in 2016, he also has responsibility for the development and operation of these branches.
Prior to Piraeus Bank, Stefanos Mytilineos has served as the Chief Information Officer of Commercial Bank in Qatar, the Deputy Group CIO of Eurobank and has spent 8 years as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company serving clients in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. He holds an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD and a First Class BEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Bristol. Stefanos is the Chief Digital Officer of Piraeus Bank. He is responsible for web and mobile banking, for the bank's call centre, for ATM/APS machines and for the recently launched e-branches. He is a member of the bank's Executive Committee and sees his role as preparing the bank and it's customers to take full advantage of the benefits opened up by digital.
